Exercise Programmes

Every client has differing needs and expectations and their programme is schedules accordingly.  However, a typical session would include:

  • Discussion as to how previous week has gone, going over any changes and problems that may have arisen
  • Weighted and size measurements, if appropriate
  • Discussion around a chosen topic e.g. reading food labels, why drinking plenty of water is essential etc.
  • A circuit-based workout tailored to your current levels of fitness
  • Explanation of any new exercises that we are adding to your activity plan
  • Feedback on the session and decide what topics or type of workout to be completed the following week
